Filing a takedown notice

A valid notice must include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it.
• Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

Enforcement on behalf of talent

Medusa Girls monitors for leaked and reuploaded material and issues takedown notices on behalf of represented creators as a standing service. Represented talent do not need to file their own notices.

Repeat infringers

Accounts and partners determined to be repeat infringers are terminated.
